Dr. Hansaji Yogendra Marks 77 Years of Spiritual Leadership and Holistic Well-Being

Mumbai: In a celebration of a lifetime dedicated to spreading love, health, and inner peace, globally acclaimed Yoga Guru and spiritual leader Dr. Hansaji Yogendra turned 77 today. The occasion marked not only a milestone in her personal life but also a testament to her decades-long dedication to promoting holistic well-being through the teachings of Yoga.

As part of this celebration, a free workshop on Emotional Wellness was held at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. The workshop was followed by a keynote session featuring Dr. Harish Shetty, world-renowned psychiatrist, and Dr. Shashank Joshi, leading endocrinologist and diabetologist. The event, which took place from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, drew a large audience of Yoga enthusiasts, students, and health professionals, all eager to learn from these esteemed experts.

Dr. Hansaji Yogendra expressing her gratitude and reflections on the event and her 77th birthday said;

As a globally acclaimed spiritual leader, Yoga Guru and Director of The Yoga Institute, she has conducted more than 50,000 sessions on Yoga, mental health, and wellness, touching millions of lives around the world. Under Guru Maa Hansaji J. Yogendra’s leadership, The Yoga Institute was felicitated with the Prime Minister’s Award for Outstanding Contribution for Promotion and Development of Yoga in 2018 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modiji. Dr. Hansaji has also enriched the world of Yoga literature, authoring and co-authoring over 100 books on Yoga and well-being.
